Every office has different needs, but here is the standard scope we cover in a regular cleaning visit. We customise this based on your priorities and the specific layout of your workspace.

Common areas and reception

• Floors: Vacuumed (carpet) or mopped (hard floors) throughout. High-traffic areas like corridors and reception get extra attention. For offices with polished concrete or natural stone floors, we use appropriate pH-neutral products.
• Surfaces: Reception desk, meeting tables, windowsills, shelving units dusted and wiped. Door handles, light switches, and lift buttons sanitised (high-touch points that accumulate bacteria fast).
• Glass: Interior glass partitions cleaned. Entry doors and sidelights wiped. For offices with floor-to-ceiling glass walls (common in 22@ and new builds on Diagonal), we include interior glass in every visit.
• Bins: All waste bins emptied, bags replaced, contents sorted for Barcelona's recycling system.

Workstations and desks

• Surface cleaning: Desks wiped down (surface only — we do not move documents, laptops, or personal items unless you instruct us otherwise). Phone handsets sanitised. Keyboard and mouse exterior wiped with anti-bacterial cloths.
• Chairs: Fabric chairs vacuumed periodically. Leather or faux-leather chairs wiped down. Armrests sanitised.
• Under-desk areas: Floor vacuumed under and around desks. Cable runs cleared of dust.

Kitchen and breakroom

• Full kitchen clean: Countertops, sink, taps, splashback sanitised. Microwave interior cleaned. Fridge exterior wiped (interior cleaned weekly or fortnightly as agreed). Coffee machine exterior descaled and wiped. Dishwasher emptied if loaded.
• Bins and recycling: All kitchen bins emptied and sorted. This is critical in Barcelona: the Ajuntament fines businesses for incorrect recycling. We sort organic, plastic, paper, glass, and general waste correctly every time.
• Table and chairs: Eating area wiped down and sanitised. Chair seats cleaned.

Bathrooms

• Restocking: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitiser topped up. We can supply these consumables at cost or use your own stock.
• Inspection: We report any maintenance issues (dripping taps, blocked drains, broken dispensers) so you can address them before they become problems.

You contact us by WhatsApp, email, or through the form on this page. Tell us your office location, approximate size, number of employees, and how often you want cleaning. We respond within 2 hours with preliminary pricing and to arrange a site visit if needed.

2. Site visit and custom quote

For offices over 100m², we visit your space to assess the specific requirements: floor types, number of bathrooms, kitchen size, any restricted areas, and your preferred schedule. We send you a detailed written quote within 24 hours of the visit. For smaller offices, we can often quote accurately from photos and a floor plan.

3. Service agreement

We provide a simple service agreement in English that covers scope, frequency, pricing, access arrangements, and cancellation terms. No lengthy legal documents. Most clients start with a 30-day trial period with the same terms as the ongoing service.

4. Key handover and launch

You provide access (keys, cards, codes). We assign your dedicated cleaning team and start on the agreed date. After the first week, we check in to confirm everything meets your expectations and make any adjustments needed.

Most offices go from first contact to first clean within 5-7 working days. If you need an urgent start (new office opening, post-construction, emergency), we can often begin within 48 hours.
