Build the cleaning scope around your apartment
- Kitchen: identify grease on the hob, splashback and accessible surfaces. Request oven interiors, extractor filters or empty cupboard interiors explicitly.
- Bathrooms: tell us about the shower screen, taps, sanitary fittings and visible limescale. Fragile finishes and damaged grout need to be identified before treatment.
- Living rooms and bedrooms: describe accessible dust, skirting boards, doors and floors. Let us know which areas are blocked by belongings.
- Windows and details: specify the number of windows, accessible sides, tracks and shutters you want considered. Work at height is not assumed included.
Barcelona homes: tell us about the surfaces, not just the metres

How your quote is calculated
The estimate depends on floor area, number of bathrooms, current condition, furnishings and the detailed tasks selected. A lived-in 80 m² apartment with an oven and two bathrooms can require a different scope from an empty apartment of the same size. Ask for the total, applicable VAT, inclusions and any separately priced tasks to be clear before accepting.
Before and after the visit
- Send the quote request with your priorities; when contacted, share photos of the areas that need most attention.
- Agree the task list, access and timing. Flag delicate materials, pets and product sensitivities rather than assuming every product suits your household.
- Clear the agreed surfaces and empty any cupboards included in the scope. Water and electricity need to be available.
- Review the agreed tasks at the end and discuss any area that could not be reached or any remaining staining.
