3. Service agreement

We provide a simple service agreement in English that covers scope, frequency, pricing, access arrangements, and cancellation terms. No lengthy legal documents. Most clients start with a 30-day trial period with the same terms as the ongoing service.

4. Key handover and launch

You provide access (keys, cards, codes). We assign your dedicated cleaning team and start on the agreed date. After the first week, we check in to confirm everything meets your expectations and make any adjustments needed.
